Cuma CICEK is a PhD candidate in the Political Science/Political Sociology and Public Policies in the SciencesPo (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris). He has a MS in Regional Planning from the Istanbul Technical University (ITU). He graduated from Industrial Engineering, Department of Management Faculty in the ITU in 2004. His research interests are state reform/change, regionalization, decentralization, Europeanization, language policy, governance, civil society and Kurdish issue.
